New PHPUnit Website Launched

Sebastian Bergmann » 02 February 2005 » in PHPUnit » 1 Comment

Today I launched the new PHPUnit website.

The layout is based upon the layouts Colin Viebrock designed for php.net and smarty.php.net. The layout still needs tweaking (the logo has not been scaled correctly, for instance) and the "News" page's content looks quite boring at the moment.

Feedback and suggestions for additional content are welcome!

Update: Sebastian Nohn pitched in and massaged the website's XHTML and CSS so that it no longer uses tables for layout. Thank you, Sebastian!

Update: Colin Viebrock sent me a properly scaled version of the PHPUnit logo. Thank you, Colin!

A Logo for PHPUnit

Sebastian Bergmann » 10 January 2005 » in PHPUnit » 3 Comments

PHPUnit

Colin Viebrock created a logo for PHPUnit.
"The idea behind the logo was a piece of a puzzle. It can be looked at by itself, but it also connects to another piece ... which was how I tried to represent the "unit" part of unit testing. Plus, it's in a purple colour similar to the PHP colour. The dotted line was just something that came up, which I kind of like."
Thank you, Colin!

Update: A mug and a mousepad with the PHPUnit logo are now available here.
