Hot and Fruity Curry

No clue whether this is an "authentic" Curry dish. I experimented over the years with this recipe and this is the way I like it.

Ingredients:Method:
  1. Peel the onions and garlic and hack it into pieces.
  2. Cut the peppers into rings.
  3. Cut the meat into pieces and sear it in the oil.
  4. Give onions, garlic, and peppers together with the spices and a tiny bit of salt to the meat.
  5. Give the broth to the meat and let it cook for an hour.
  6. Peel the bananas and cut them, together with the peaches, into pieces before you give them together with the coconut milk and the turmeric to the meat.
  7. Boil it up for at least 10 more minutes.
  8. Serve with rice.
