I have rolled a first beta release of PHPUnit 3.3.

In its current state, PHPUnit 3.3 is mostly stable. However, there are a couple of areas that require some attention before the final release:

• I am waiting on a patch from Mike Naberezny for the new assertXmlFileTag(), assertXmlFileNotTag(), assertXmlStringTag(), assertXmlStringNotTag(), assertXmlFileSelect(), and assertXmlStringSelect() assertion methods.
• I need to look into the code coverage support for SeleniumTestCase tests.

Please help by testing PHPUnit 3.3 Beta 1. Thank you!
