PHP TestFest

Here is a list of things attendees of a PHP TestFest event, such as the one in Cologne tomorrow, can do to prepare themselves:

  • Bring your notebook computer.
  • Either have a checkout of the PHP_5_3 source tree or a recent snapshot of it.
  • Ideally, you also have gcov and lcov installed.

The way I will organize the two TestFest events that I will be at includes an introduction into the PHP Quality Assurance process with a focus on running and writing tests for the PHP interpreter. This introduction is then followed by a group effort in which the attendees write tests.

Have a wonderfull month of TestFest!
