Looking Back at 2007
Browsing through the photos I took in 2007 (map), the following events stick out:
- PHP Unconference in Hamburg, Germany.
- php|tek 2007 in Rosemont, IL, USA. Great time with my friends in Chicago, IL, USA.
- International PHP Conference 2007 - Spring Edition in Ludwigsburg, Germany. I have no recollection of this conference as I arrived jetlagged and sick from Chicago the night before I had to give three sessions in the morning.
- eZ Conference 2007 and eZ Awards 2007 in Skien, Norway where I lived and worked for eight months in 2006. Lots of fun with friends and colleagues, for instance during the eZ Crew Day.
- PHP Vikinger 2007 in Skien, Norway.
- Photography excursion with Garvin in Cologne's MediaPark.
- A trip to Hamburg, Germany with my parents.
- FrOSCon 2007 in Sankt Augustin, Germany. Finally a conference close to home.
- php|works 2007 in Atlanta, GA, USA.
- A trip to Rome, Italy with my parents.
- ZendCon 2007 in Burlingame, CA, USA. Great time with my friends in California, including visits to the Google and Yahoo! headquarters.
- International PHP Conference 2007 in Mörfelden-Walldorf, Germany. The most important PHP conference for me business-wise with meeting both old and new customers.
- Google Open Source Jam in Zurich, Switzerland. Finally an opportunity to visit Marcus and Caitlin in Zürich.
- Photography excursion with Garvin to Michaelsberg Abby in Siegburg, Germany.
