PHPUnit Support in PHPEclipse

Sebastian Bergmann » 16 March 2006 » in PHPUnit » 4 Comments

Steven Balthazor sent me a first version of his PHPUnit integration for PHPEclipse today.

The PHPUnit part of this (a TestListener that communicates via a socket with Eclipse) has been committed to CVS. Stephen has made his plugin code available here.

Are you sure that link is correct? It looks like it goes to SimpleTest not phpUnit. I'll look closer in case I missed somethign but wanted to let you know in case it was a mistake

Yes, that link is correct. It's just that the support for PHPUnit and SimpleTest in Eclipse lives in the same plugin and that the plugin's author hasn't changed the name of the plugin when he added the PHPUnit support.

Could it be that the Eclipse Plugin only work with PHPUnit2?
The Plugin try to include the PHPUnit2/TextUI/TestRunner.php
